My name is Todd Thayer. This is my 4th year teaching. My first year was with Selma City Schools 

at Edgewood Elementary. I taught 4th grade at Edgewood. I received my undergraduate degree in 

Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Auburn University Montgomery.

On a personal note, I am married to Vaughn Russell Thayer (20 years) and we have three children. 

Morgan will be 20 in September and is attending Auburn-University Montgomery. 

Savannah is 16 and she will be in the 11th grade at Prattville High School this year. My son, 

Zachary is in the 9th grade at Prattville High School and is 14. My wife, is an educator 

also, and teaches Kindergarten at Brewbaker Primary School in Montgomery. 

Our family attends church at Perry Hill church of Christ in Montgomery.
