Education
I earned my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Auburn University at Montgomery.  I went on to complete my Masters' Degree in Early Childhood Education at Auburn University at Montgomery too.

Experience

My first teaching job was at Cedar Park Elementary School, which is part of the Selma City School System.  I taught Pre-Kindergarten and fell in love with the "little ones" right away!  I ended up teaching Pre-Kindergarten for 14 years before transferring to Kindergarten with the Autauga County School System.  I taught 2 years at the Prattville Kindergarten School and then transferred to Autaugaville School.  This is my third year in Kindergarten at Autaugaville and I love it!!!!

Bio
My name is Beth Sanford and I live in Selma, Alabama.  I was born in Montgomery and lived in Prattville until I was six years old.  My father was a cotton farmer and he decided to start farming on his own, therefore we ended up in Selma.  I have been there for over thirty years.  I am single and have no children.  My grandmother was a school teacher who retired from Autauga County many years ago, in fact she taught for a brief time at Autaugaville School.  My mother is a retired teacher also.  When I was a little girl I always said that I wanted to become a teacher and I did!
