In the picture, Mrs. Dunaway's fourth grade class enjoys new books!

Mrs. Rita Jordan, librarian, for Autaugaville School wrote and received a grant from The Libri Foundation for $1.400.00 to purchase new library books . The Libri Foundation is a nationwide non-profit organization which donates new, quality, hardcover children's books
to small, rural public libraries in the United States through its BOOKS FOR CHILDREN program.  The school had to match this grant in the amount of $350.  Students, teachers, and staff help raise $150 through popcorn sales. The remaining $150 was donated by the school's PTO.
