The Montgomery Area Military Officers Scholarship Foundation will award its annual scholarship, in the amount of approximately $10,000, to deserving High School Seniors either in Montgomery, Autauga, Elmore, or Lowndes counties.  The intent of the scholarship is to provide the individual with a cash award to assist in paying the cost of continuing education after High School and to reward excellence and hard work.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must reside in the area served by the MAC/MOAA Chapter, for Montgomery, Autauga, Elmore, or Lowndes Counties.
• Must have registered for Selective Service
• Applicants who are dependents or grandchildren of US Military: Active Duty, National Guard, or Honorably Discharged from the US Military.
• Must agree to accept this award IN PERSON at a scheduled MAC/MOAA meeting.
